PUERTOS DEL ESTADO
Puertos del Estado (State Ports Authority) is an institution dependent on the Spanish Ministry of Public Works, which has the global responsibility for the state-owned port system, comprising a total of 28 port authorities. It is in charge of coordinate the mentioned system and implementing the governmental ports policy. One of the roles of Puertos del Estado is the monitoring of the physical environment affecting the Ports.

HIDROMOD
HIDROMOD is an SME established in 1992 as a high tech consultancy in the fields of Numerical Modelling and Information Technologies applied to inland and marine water resources. HIDROMOD has participated in about 500 projects, providing consultancy and services to optimize implementation and operational costs. Since its foundation, the company has continuously invested in research and training activities, either by participating in European scientific projects or through its connections with universities.
